“Sky” Mixed Media Tienne Rei

Long before I got wrapped up in the beauty of oils, I began with a mixed media style that used watercolor, pen and ink, and even artists marker.  This was one the first pieces of art I created in that style.  “Sky” is beautiful in its simplicity.  There are not any great themes in this art, just a fanciful expression of the imagination.

I first dreamed up this image while cloud gazing, hence the name “Sky”.  So while others might see fluffy bunnies while looking up at the clouds, this is where my mind goes. Where does yours take you?
